  • Potassium

  • Calcium

    The most abundant mineral in the body that makes up the structure of bones and teeth and keeps tissues rigid, strong and flexible. It is required for hormone, neurotransmitter secretion, enzyme activation, cell division, blood coagulation, membrane stability and bone structure.

  • Magnesium

    Important in muscle and nerve function, heart rhythm regulation and bone health. It is the second most plentiful cation electrolyte. It has multiple uses including aid for migraines, muscle spasms, PMS, asthma, kidney stones and inflammation.
